What happens when my 14-day trial ends?
Your workspace enters read-only mode for 7 days. You can still view everything you created, but commenting, resolving, and editing are disabled until you upgrade. After 7 days, the workspace is locked until you pick a plan — nothing is deleted.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The 14-day Pro Plus trial doesn't require a credit card. You can start immediately and only add billing info when you decide to pick a plan.
How does the 30-comment limit for invited commenters work?
On the Pro plan, each invited commenter can leave up to 30 comments per calendar month. You (the workspace owner) have unlimited comments. If a commenter hits the limit, they're asked to wait until next month or for you to upgrade to Pro Plus, which removes the limit entirely.
What's the difference between monthly and yearly billing?
Both plans are available on monthly or yearly billing. Yearly saves 30% — Pro is $13/mo (billed $156/yr) and Pro Plus is $19/mo (billed $227/yr). Features are identical either way.
Can I invite clients for free?
Yes. Invited commenters (clients, reviewers) don't pay anything. Only the workspace owner pays the plan fee. Pro includes 3 commenter invites, Pro Plus includes unlimited.
Can I cancel or switch plans anytime?
Yes. You can upgrade, downgrade, or cancel from your workspace settings at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated charges.
